What a bunch of losers! When it comes to selling used games back, they really just shit all over everybody. Even the grass on craigslist is greener then what this company is doing.
They wanted to offer me something like $1 a piece, cash trade-in, for 4 certain games which sold for a grand total $60 on ebay before fees/shipping, this was even after undercutting the other dealers by their lowest price. I'm serious too, I was offered no more than $2 cash for pokemon battle revolution when the next lowest price on ebay was $30 used. This entire company and their racket should be shut down, they're worse than pawn shops.
Originally I was selling ~10 games and was offered $45 store credit or $16 cash..How they came to that difference is beyond me. So I agreed to sell the unsellable games to them for $9 and kept the good ones for flea-bay.
And to top it off, the cashier was talking to me like I was an idiot..When he went to give me change, he kept asking repeatedly for 20 cents so he could give me another dollar. Then went on at least four times while I was digging in my wallet, I don't know what his deal was and I don't care.
The videogame industry is in the right to call this company complete parasites because that's all they are.
